Job requisition ID :: 108574 Date: Jul 10, 2026 Location: Bengaluru Designation: Associate Director Entity: Deloitte Shared Services India LLP **Associate Director | Innovation | Bengaluru | Innovation** - **Job requisition ID** : 108574 - **Location**: Bengaluru - **Entity**: Deloitte Shared Services India LLP **Role Summary** We are seeking a **Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant** to lead **client conversations, solution discovery, and product demonstrations** for **Deloitte proprietary products**, with a strong focus on **Agentic AI and GenAI-led solutions**. The role partners closely with Offerings team, Account and the Engineering to drive successful pursuits through compelling demos, PoVs, and solution narratives. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead **client discovery sessions** to understand business needs and translate them into solution-led proposals. - Own and deliver **end-to-end product demos**, PoCs/PoVs, and technical walkthroughs for Deloitte proprietary platforms. - Support **sales pursuits** including RFP/RFI responses, solution decks, and technical inputs. - Position **Agentic AI solutions** clearly - explaining workflows, orchestration, tool usage, and business value. - Collaborate closely with the **product and engineering team** to configure demos and incorporate client feedback. **Required Skills & Experience** - 12+ years of experience in **Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Product GTM** roles. - Strong experience in **enterprise product demos and senior client conversations (CIO/CTO/CDAO level)**. - Working knowledge of **GenAI / Agentic AI concepts** (e.g., LLMs, RAG, agent workflows, automation). - Ability to communicate complex technology in **clear, business-oriented language**. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Nice to Have** - Exposure to **AI/GenAI platforms, low-code/no-code tools, automation, or enterprise SaaS**. - Familiarity with **AI governance, security, and enterprise adoption considerations**. **Education** - BE/BTech/MCA/MBA or equivalent qualification.
