About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07The Role: The ClearPar Loan Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills located in India to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team. The Team: ClearPar is the first fully operational provider of par and distressed loan closing and recordkeeping services for the syndicated loan market. Through a unique combination of experienced personnel and electronic processing, hardware, and software, ClearPar has built a single platform system to address market demands for efficient settlement of par loan closings. The Loan Platforms Support team is responsible for all account setups across multiple platforms and support of all users on our systems. Working hours: 2:00pm-11:00pm IST (with the possibility of changing as business needs evolve); Hybrid Remote Model (subject to change as business needs evolve) The Impact: The successful candidate will form a key part of the Loan Platforms team, responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our Syndicated Loan Market offering, as well as supporting the questions and requests of our internal and external clients. Responsibilities: The associate will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for all onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team. In this position, you will gain exposure to an exciting financial market and interact daily with our clients of varying levels of seniority. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about finance, banking, syndicated loan market, and Software as a Services (SAAS) technology. • As an Associate, you are expected to support our clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance support functions to ensure sufficient data integrity. These include but are not limited to accurately reviewing onboarding documentation, creation and maintenance of entity identifiers and all user and trade accounts across multiple platforms. • You are tasked with providing onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts as requested to ensure a smooth and effective quality-controlled onboarding process across multiple products. • Strict adherence to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades. • You will be responsible for pro-actively identifying internal and external account and system related issues effectively. This will also require the ability to work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations. • Your ability to capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills is imperative. You will be required to partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients and facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services. • You should be willing and able to cross train with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients.
