Responsibilities a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Financial Planning & Budgeting • Coordinate annual Operating Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) budget preparation, consolidation, approval, and periodic reviews. • Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations. • Support business teams in evaluating CAPEX proposals through financial feasibility and investment analysis. Business Performance & MIS • Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue, profitability, and key financial performance indicators. • Identify performance gaps, highlight business risks, and recommend corrective actions to management. • Ensure timely preparation and dissemination of monthly MIS reports and facilitate reviews with business stakeholders. Financial Reporting & Accounting • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Review books of accounts and financial reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Drive process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and reporting quality. Working Capital & Treasury Management • Manage cash flow planning and monitoring to ensure adequate liquidity for operations. • Oversee receivables management and implement measures to improve collections and reduce outstanding dues. • Support treasury operations, including short-term investment decisions and fund management. Audit, Controls & Compliance • Ensure implementation of internal audit recommendations and strengthen internal control mechanisms. • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of statutory audits and closure of audit observations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. • Monitor adherence to corporate governance policies and financial control frameworks. Qualifications Educational Qualification • Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a large manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, port, or industrial setup. • Hands-on experience in financial reporting, balance sheet finalization, budgeting, treasury management, and statutory audits. • Proven experience in handling audit compliance and statutory requirements. • Strong analytical, financial planning, and stakeholder management skills.
