Job description

A Business Analyst for Working Capital at YES Bank evaluates small and medium enterprise (SME) client requirements and structures credit limits. [1]Key Responsibilities • Credit Analysis: Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs), conduct deep financial analysis, and review cash flow patterns. • Credit Structuring: Understand client financing needs and structure appropriate working capital limits. • Process Execution: Coordinate post-disbursal processes, including legal checks, technical valuation reports (TSR), valuations, and audits. • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) for timely execution and deal approvals. • Risk & Compliance: Ensure total adherence to internal risk policies, regulatory compliance, and underwriting guidelines.
