Job Title: Associate Location: Gurgaon Experience :2+ Years Role Overview: ● Will run the operational backbone of Cuemath's tutor hiring and training funnel (MathFit Campus) — agreements, payouts, interview data and induction logistics. ● Owns funnel analytics across the ATS and hiring tool, publishing a weekly report/audit and flagging where efficiency is off. ● Maintains and debugs the AI tools and automations that power the funnel, using LLM APIs, scripts and Google Sheets. Key Responsibilities: 1-Operations ● Manage monthly agreements and payouts for interviewers and buddies. ● Maintain interview data — interviewer-wise capacity, feedback forms, drive links, Scout records. ● Run induction logistics — MathFit Training Academy invites, calling sheet, attendance, registration forms for inducted trainees, TCW + ONA, Immersion. ● Trigger email and WhatsApp campaigns; handle manual triggers for T2T (Mettl) and DBID creation. ● Support data migration, terminal-stage and cooling-period definitions with the tech team. Analytics ● Tracks analytics in the ATS and hiring tool — views, dashboards and maintenance. ● Publish a weekly funnel report/audit: conversion vs targets, what is breaking, trends. ● Track top-of-funnel — outreach, UTMs, channel mix and channel performance (volume and quality). ● Surface qualitative retention insights from buddies, team members and graduates. ● Flag funnel inefficiencies early with a recommended fix. 2-AI Building & Debugging ● Build and maintain lightweight tools, dashboards and processes to automate operations and tech support queries on tool. ● Analyse Flag with trackers — when outputs drift or break. ● Use AI for faster analysis — data cleaning, transcript mining, rubric alignment checks. Requirements: ● Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Technology, Business or a related field. ● 2+ years of experience in operations, analytics or programme management; ed-tech or high-volume hiring preferred. ● Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel and SQL; able to read a funnel and spot what is off. ● Hands-on experience with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, APIs) and basic scripting (Python/JS) — has built working automations, not just prompts. ● Reliable on recurring, detail-heavy work (payouts, agreements, attendance) with zero misses. ● Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; flags issues with context and a proposed fix. ● Passion for education and a growth mindset.
