Designation- Associate Product Manager Location - Chennai End-to-End Project Execution • Drive the roadmap for all existing enhancements and upcoming feature launches. • Own the timeline from initial kickoff to final deployment, keeping teams aligned and accountable. • Crush blockers across design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery. The Business-to-Tech Bridge • Serve as the primary SPOC for business stakeholders, translating commercial vision into product requirements. • Partner with the relevant teams to transform business needs into clear, actionable sprint priorities. • Communicate tech updates clearly to non-technical teams, closing the gap between code and business goals. Growth & Product Optimization • Analyze user journeys to discover friction points and uncover quick-win growth opportunities. • Execute experiments and A/B tests to optimize user activation, retention, and engagement. • Leverage data to validate project success and pitch next-generation product improvements. Qualifications • 13 years of experience in product management, growth ops, tech consulting, or a fast-scaling startup environment. • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Notion, Asana). • Strong Data Fluency: Ability to read data, interpret user funnels, extract insights from raw numbers, and use data to tell a compelling story rather than just looking at dashboards. • Analytical Problem Solving: Competency in breaking down complex business problems into measurable, testable product hypotheses. • Project Governance: Proven capability in managing timelines, tracking deliverables across multi-functional teams, and ensuring project velocity. • Product Sense: Deep curiosity about user psychology, seamless user experiences (UX), and what makes digital products sticky. • Bias for Action: A self-starter mindset with a track record of driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
