Company Website : https://www.starhealth.in/ Key Responsibilities l Team Management: Train, and mentor Field Sales/Operations Executives (FOS). Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews. l Target Achievement: Assign daily, weekly, and monthly targets to team members. Drive direct sales, Collect NOPs. l Field Monitoring: Accompany team members on field visits for on-the-job coaching, customer negotiations, and quality checks. l Performance Tracking: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, turnaround time (TAT), and field productivity metrics l Escalation Handling: Resolve high-priority customer escalations and disputes that arise in the field. l Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the team strictly adheres to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data security standards.
