This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex environments and drive operational excellence across multiple countries in the APAC region. **Responsibilities** - Lead and manage large-scale agency operations programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements. - Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring transparency and alignment. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and resolve any operational challenges. - Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Conduct regular program reviews and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in agency operations and life insurance to inform program strategies. **Mandatory Skills** - Proven experience in program management, specifically within the agency management space for life insurance clients. - Strong domain knowledge in agency operations. - Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country programs in the APAC region. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Project Management expertise is a deal breaker; candidates must have a solid foundation in project management methodologies. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the insurance sector. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the life insurance industry. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable. - 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in program management, with a focus on agency operations in the life insurance sector.
