, IndiaJob Family Group: Information Technology (IT)Worker Type: RegularPosting Start Date: July 27, 2026Business Unit: Projects and TechnologyExperience Level: Early CareersJob Description: What you’ll be doing? • Support end-to-end application operations delivery within Power Platform and Copilot Studio Services. • Work on Power Platform services including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Shell, Logic Apps, Azure Functions etc. • Work on Copilot Studio services including Agent Support, Environment management, Connector policy, Copilot studio administration etc. • Participate in technical issue resolution and assist in troubleshooting complex incidents. • Collaborate with natural teams (COE, Portfolio, Architect, CISO, Development etc.) for smooth onboarding of new services and interfaces. • Review technical changes and provide inputs for approvals. • Support major incident calls with required technical expertise. • Perform trend analysis for incidents, problems, and change activities. • Contribute to ensuring the integrity of Integration Services, including interfaces and technical architecture. • Assist in Power Platform and Copilot Studio platform setup activities, coordinating with New Service Delivery, Portfolio, and Center of Expertise teams. • Support vendor discussions on operational aspects such as service reviews, license usage, and ticket management. • Participate in day-to-day operational activities ensuring adherence to SLAs and Operating Plan targets. • Contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and process enhancements. • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams on feature adoption, issue resolution, and design discussions. Accountabilities • Support change implementation and Incident/Problem resolution by coordinating with operations teams and suppliers. • Assist in handling complex issues, RCA, improvement initiatives, and onboarding activities. • Participate in technical change reviews, approvals, and planning for platform and interface upgrades. • Ensure runbooks, support documentation, and operational procedures are maintained and up to date. • Support communication with business and IT stakeholders by sharing updates and managing escalations. • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are followed, with proper evidence collection. • Support smooth project transition to operations. • Act as an incident coordination point within assigned time zone when required. • Contribute to CI practices including daily huddles, performance tracking, and problem-solving activities. • Support management of application services and vendors in line with defined service levels. What we need from you? • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Copilot Studio technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, C#, .NET Core, Azure Functions, Dataverse / Dynamics + data modelling, PowerShell, API integration (REST/SOAP, connectors, webhooks) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Basic understanding of ITIL framework. • Experience in production support for Power Platform and Copilot Sutdio services environments. • Good communication skills with ability to work with global stakeholders. • Ability to work across teams, cultures, and time zones. • Experience in coordination, issue tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
