• Strong experience in ServiceNow Testing and Automation, particularly Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Hands-on experience in testing ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) module. • Experience in testing through ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases. • Demonstrated experience performing end-to-end testing (manual and automated) in accordance with established software testing life cycle (STLC) methodologies. • Strong understanding of Test Management and Defect Management processes. • Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API testing and automation. • Experience working in Agile development environments. • Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB. • Good to have experience with automation tools such as Cypress, TestComplete, or Robot Framework. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory. • Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is mandatory. Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). • Ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of ServiceNow applications and modules through effective test automation. • Collaborate with business and project teams to understand requirements and prepare comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. • Execute manual and automated test cases and document test results accurately. • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow applications. • Conduct testing of ServiceNow GRC module and validate related workflows, controls, and business processes. • Perform testing across ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and CMDB. • Support validation and testing activities during ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases. • Identify, log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle until closure. • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve testing issues and ensure application quality. • Validate REST and SOAP API integrations and support API automation testing activities. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning. • Provide testing status updates, metrics, and reports to project stakeholders. • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
