Job Title: Associate Technical Support EngineerTeam: Technical Support EngineeringAbout the RoleWe are looking for an associate technical support engineer, with a proven recordof accomplishment in technical field to join our Support Success Organization.You will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction withour products and contributing to their long-term loyalty.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Respond to customer-submitted support cases and help diagnose technicalissues Troubleshoot product bugs, configuration problems, and integrationfailures Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex cases Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases and helparticles Reproduce issues in test environments and write clear bug reports forEngineeringEligibility Criteria: B.E., BTech, MCA degree or equivalent technical experience 0-2 years of industry experience in supporting mission critical softwarecomponentsRequired Skills: Ability to quickly learn new technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent in effectively communicating technical challenges and proposingsolutions. Skilled in navigating through ambiguous or undefined problems, coupledwith the ability to think abstractlyDesired Skills: Experience with Salesforce (formerly Informatica) products like Powercenter (PC), Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Data Quality (DQ) , Cloud DataIntegration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), ILM suite like TDM,Data Masking, Data Archive and Master Data Management (MDM) Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python, Bashetc. Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) andframeworks(React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
