Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Developers to join our team in delivering and enhancing our in-house enterprise platform and associated applications built on Palantir Foundry . The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, integration, and maintenance of scalable data-driven applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and workflows on the enterprise platform using Palantir Foundry. • Build and enhance data pipelines, transformations, and integrations to support business use cases. • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, data engineers, and architects to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. • Develop reusable components and follow best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities. • Ensure applications meet security, governance, and performance standards. • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform capabilities and development processes. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in software development or enterprise application development. • Experience working with Palantir Foundry. • Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or TypeScript. • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and Agile development methodologies. • Experience working with REST APIs and application integration. • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including: • ETL/ELT processes • Data pipelines • Data modeling • SQL and relational databases • Data quality and validation • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to debug complex technical issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
