Auction Manager

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Plan and execute property auctions under applicable recovery laws (SARFAESI, where applicable). - Coordinate with Legal, Collections, Developers, Operations, Valuers, and Auction Agencies for auction readiness. - Ensure timely publication of auction notices and completion of documentation. - Achieve recovery targets through successful sale of secured assets. - Monitor auction pipeline, bidder participation, realization value, and inventory aging. - Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and audit requirements. - Prepare MIS and management reports on auction performance and recovery outcomes. **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field; MBA preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Auctions, or Asset Management. - Experience in Home Finance, Banking, NBFC, or Housing Finance industry preferred. - Good understanding of mortgage recovery processes, property valuation, and auction management.
