The role requires applying industry design practices and automation system knowledge to create and refine technical drawings. This position demands close collaboration with various teams to ensure that automation solutions are effectively integrated and meet project requirements, while continuously improving processes and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. • Lead the evaluation and implementation of automation control strategies to optimize system performance. • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and project contributions. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. • Strong understanding of automation process control design and implementation. • Experience in creating and interpreting detailed engineering drawings and specifications. • Ability to apply industry standards and best practices in automation systems. • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated automation solutions. • Competent in troubleshooting and resolving complex automation control issues. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
