Design and implement data strategies, ensuring data integrity and enforcing governance policies. Establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies. Must have skills : Large Language Models (LLMs) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Data Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the stewardship of an organization's data assets to ensure their quality and compliance with established standards. This role includes designing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that uphold data integrity and enforce governance policies. The practitioner establishes and maintains protocols for managing data securely, protecting sensitive information, and optimizing the use of data across various departments. Additionally, they provide guidance on defining data quality rules and develop effective compliance policies to support organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to perform independently and become an SME. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management practices with business goals. • Monitor and evaluate data processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex data management tasks. • Ensure continuous adherence to data governance frameworks and regulatory standards. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). • Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks and compliance policies. • Strong understanding of data quality management and data integrity principles. • Ability to develop and enforce protocols for secure data handling and protection of sensitive information. • Familiarity with data strategy formulation and optimization of data usage within organizations. • Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to integrate data management solutions effectively. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs). • This position is based at our Bengaluru office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
