Job description

Role & responsibilities • Min 4-6 years of professional working experience in Software Quality Assurance including Automation experience. Thorough working knowledge of Software Testing Concepts including Manual & Automation testing processes, test case creation and execution, defect management, estimation techniques and metrics for reporting. • Hands-on experience on Automation tools (e.g. Selenium with .Net Framework/Java, Playright). • Hands-on experience on Automation frameworks (e.g. keyword driven etc). • Hands-on experience on API testing (via Postman, Rest Assured etc). • Working knowledge of source code management software (SVN, GIT, BitBucket etc). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with good communication. • Working experience of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN). • Exposure to Project/Defect/Test Management tools e.g. JIRA, ALM etc. • A team player, who can work independently under minimum supervision and guide/mentor others when needed. • Possesses the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning. • Basic knowledge on usage of SQL queries. Added bonus/secondary skills: Knowledge of Finance domain especially Capital Markets, Lease and Loans , Lending applications • Experience of developing tools/utilities/automation from scratch using latest tech. • Knowledge of Performance Testing and Automation using tools like JMeter. • Knowledge of Cloud (AZURE) concepts and usage. • Knowledge and practical exposure to AI tools and tech e.g. MS Office Copilot, GitHubCoPilot etc.
