The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in test automation with strong expertise in **Java, Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber BDD, and Karate Framework**. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GUI and API testing, automation framework development, defect management, and Agile testing practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber BDD. - Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Java. - Perform GUI and API testing using the Karate Framework. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases. - Manage defects and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution. - Participate in sprint planning and perform in-sprint automation activities. - Ensure software quality through Agile testing methodologies. - Continuously improve automation coverage and framework efficiency. **Required Skills** - 5–8 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation. - Strong hands-on experience with **Selenium WebDriver**. - Hands-on experience with **Playwright** automation. - Experience with **Cucumber BDD Framework**. - Strong **Java** programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills. - Experience in **GUI Testing**. - Hands-on experience in **API Testing using Karate Framework**. - Good understanding of testing processes and defect management. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Nice to Have** - Experience with In-Sprint Automation. - Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. - Knowledge of Git, Maven, and TestNG. - Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
