Autosar Engineer with Diagnostic & OBD experience

AUTOSAR DIAG OBD: We are seeking a highly skilled Classic AUTOSAR Software Engineer proficient in Diagnostics and OBD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing software solutions utilizing the Classic AUTOSAR platform and possess a strong background in C programming / Groovi / Kotlin programming . Core Skill sets : • Diagnostic Protocols: Deep understanding of UDS (ISO 14229), OBD-II, WWH-OBD, and CANdelaStudio. • AUTOSAR Architecture: Hands-on experience with Classic AUTOSAR Diagnostic stacks, specifically DCM (Diagnostic Communication Manager) and DEM (Diagnostic Event Manager). • Calibration & Tools: Familiarity with Vector tools such as CANoe, , and DaVinci Configurator/Developer. • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of OBD certification strategies and legal requirements such as CARB OBD II (e.g., CCR Title 13) Programming skillsets • Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in Embedded C and C++. Familiarity with MISRA C coding guidelines is typically required • AUTOSAR Standards: Strong understanding of AUTOSAR architectures, including the Runtime Environment (RTE) and Microcontroller Abstraction Layer (MCAL). • Communication Protocols: Hands-on experience with CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, and automotive Ethernet. • Java Groovi and Kotlin knowledge experience Standard Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience in software development using the Classic AUTOSAR platform. • Strong understanding of automotive software development processes and methodologies. • Familiarity with software development tools such as Git, Jira etc.. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Knowledge of embedded systems • Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet) • Experience working in Agile development environments
