Job Description – AVP Engineering (Frontend) Location: Delhi(Hybrid) Experience: 10–15 Years About the Role We are looking for a Frontend-heavy AVP Engineering to lead architecture, engineering excellence, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be highly hands-on with modern frontend technologies while leading multiple engineering teams and partnering closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead frontend architecture and technical strategy. • Build and scale high-performance React-based applications. • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization. • Lead, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Frontend Engineers. • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple frontend teams. • Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences. Required Skills • 10–15 years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership. • Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 , and modern frontend architecture. • Experience with Micro Frontends, Design Systems, REST APIs/GraphQL, CI/CD, and Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) . • Proven experience building scalable, high-traffic consumer or enterprise applications. • Strong people management, stakeholder management, and execution skills. Preferred Background Candidates from Product-based companies , especially Gaming, FinTech, E-commerce, SaaS, Consumer Internet, or OTT , with experience leading teams of 20+ engineers and driving frontend engineering at scale.
