Key Responsibilities • Lead QA activities across the complete game development and release lifecycle . • Define test strategies, test plans, test cases, and QA processes for gaming products. • Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing . • Drive manual testing for web, mobile, and gaming applications. • Test Poker, Slot, and other real-money gaming products across different scenarios and game flows. • Validate game mechanics, gameplay logic, UI/UX, payments, bonuses, wallets, and other critical functionalities. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to closure. • Work closely with Developers, Game Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues. • Ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards before production releases. • Mentor and guide QA engineers and review their testing approach and deliverables. • Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and production issue analysis. • Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and overall product quality. Required Skills & Experience • 7–10 years of experience in QA / Software Testing. • Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing . • Proven experience in Game Testing , preferably in real-money gaming. • Strong understanding of Poker and/or Slot Games . • Good knowledge of game flows, game mechanics, betting, wallets, bonuses, and other gaming functionalities. • Experience in functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing. • Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, test planning, and test case design . • Experience working with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr , or similar. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Prior experience leading or mentoring a QA team . Good to Have • Exposure to Poker, Slot, Casino, or Sports Gaming products. • Understanding of multiplayer and real-time gaming systems. • Basic knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
