It was ranked as the fourth largest in the world. **The Role** Our client is seeking an **AVP - Project Finance** in the **Banking** division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level. **Job Description:** **Job Responsibilities:** **Financial** - Assist in origination of lending and financial advisory mandates including the preparation of marketing materials, proposals and presentation packages. - Assist in the execution of lending and financial advisory transactions including relevant research, preparation and handling of financial models, information memorandums, credit papers, review and analysis of project documents, and coordination with other specialist advisors and consultants. **Customer** - Work closely with team seniors in liaising and coordination with clients with respect to origination and execution of transactions, and performance of other administrative duties as may be required for a transaction. **People** - Work with our clients and various departments across region and globally. **Other/ Control** - Comply with compliance and internal procedures throughout deal process. **Job Requirements:** - Should have a good grasp of financial analysis, corporate finance, financial skills modelling. - Good communication, writing and interpersonal. - Should possess an MBA/CA qualification with 6-9 years' work experience, preferably in a job which requires similar skillsets such as banking, consulting firms and companies engaged in project development. - Experience in renewables and/or infrastructure would be viewed favourably. - Ability to work independently on jobs assigned.
