Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer with expertise in API development, middleware integration, and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java, RESTful APIs, Microservices, AWS services, and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in EDI integrations, messaging systems, and CI/CD automation is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration services and RESTful APIs. • Design, implement, and support EDI, XML, and JSON-based integrations. • Develop scalable microservices using Java, Scala, and Node.js. • Integrate enterprise and third-party applications through secure APIs. • Build and maintain event-driven integrations using messaging services. • Develop, deploy, and support applications on AWS cloud. • Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes. • Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills • Strong experience in Java development. • Good knowledge of Scala. • Experience with Node.js. • Hands-on experience in REST API development. • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture. • Experience with AWS Cloud services. • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. • Experience with Git version control. • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. • Good knowledge of Linux commands and Shell scripting. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, or ScalaTest. • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deployment Skills • Build and package applications using Maven, Gradle, or SBT. • Containerize applications using Docker. • Deploy applications to Kubernetes or AWS services. • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines. • Perform rollback strategies when required. • Monitor deployments using CloudWatch and logging tools. • Execute blue-green and rolling deployments. Preferred Skills • Experience with messaging platforms such as AWS Kinesis. • Knowledge of API security concepts including OAuth 2.0 and JWT. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation). • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.
