Job Role: **Azure Administrator** - Highly skilled and certified Microsoft Azure Administrator with over 58 years of hands-on experience managing, monitoring, and optimizing Azure cloud environments - Proven expertise in Azure infrastructure design, identity management, automation, and security governance. - Adept at leading cloud migration projects, implementing cost optimization strategies, and ensuring high availability and compliance across enterprise-scale deployments. - Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud solutions. Core Experience Required - Azure Infrastructure Management: 1. Deployment and administration of Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Storage Accounts. 2. Azure Active Directory, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and hybrid identity setups using AAD Connect. 3. Proficient in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and ARM/Bicep templates for automated provisioning, configuration, and policy enforcement. 4. Implementation of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Security Center, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel for proactive alerting and threat management. 5. Expertise in Azure Backup, Site Recovery (ASR), and designing DR strategies for critical workloads.. 6. VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, DNS, Network Security Groups, and Azure Firewall configuration. 7. Azure Policy, Blueprints, Tags, and Cost Analysis for compliance, budgeting, and optimization. 8. Experience with on-prem to Azure migrations, using Azure Migrate, Storage Migration Service, and hybrid networking configurations. 9. Azure Services: VMSS, AKS, App Services, Key Vault, Load Balancer, Blob/Files Storage, NSGs, ASR, Monitor, Sentinel. 10. Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, ARM/Bicep Templates, Terraform (preferred), Azure DevOps Pipelines. 11. OS & Infrastructure: Windows Server (2016–2022), Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL), IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP. 12. Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana - Security: Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, NSGs, Key Vault, Sentine. - Certifications (Preferred) 1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). 2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). 3. ITIL v4 Foundation - Designed and implemented Azure Governance Model with Policy, RBAC, and cost control measures. - Automated provisioning workflows using PowerShell and Azure DevOps pipelines, reducing manual deployment.
