Job description

Lead the Discovery Phase for the credit card integration workstream, ensuring a structured approach to understanding business needs, system capabilities, and gaps. • Analyse and compare credit card products, features, processes, and customer journeys across both organisations. • Perform detailed functional analysis across core credit card domains such as payments, billing, transactions, authorisations, limits, collections, rewards, and customer servicing. • Assess system and feature differences between the two banks, identifying integration challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for consolidation. • Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows. • Support designing target operating model and overall integration roadmap. • Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders. • Support creation of integration roadmap, highlighting sequencing, risks, and decision points.
