Experience: 5-10 Years Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Role: API Automation Testing (Selenium / Playwright) Job Description: We are conducting an In-Person Interview Drive for experienced UI Automation Test Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in automation frameworks and web application testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions for web applications, ensuring high-quality and scalable releases. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks • Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright • Validate application behavior, UI functionality, and cross-browser compatibility • Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams • Identify, log, and track defects through resolution • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines • Continuously improve test coverage and efficiency Mandatory Skills: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Automation Testing • Strong experience in UI Automation Testing using Selenium or Playwright • Hands-on with scripting/programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript (depending on framework) • Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.) • Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, DOM, CSS selectors, XPath) • Experience designing Page Object Model (POM) or similar automation frameworks Good to Have: • Experience in BDD frameworks (Cucumber) • Exposure to API testing (Rest Assured / Postman) • Knowledge of Docker / Microservices architecture • Experience with cross-browser and headless testing setups Interview Drive Details: • Mode: F2F In-Person Scheduled Drive • Venue: Cognizant Office, Bangalore • Date: 5th Sept 2026 How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply directly to this posting.
