Job description

Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives using techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma. Diagrams and evaluates existing processes. Facilitates the implementation of the Business Process Management System including process documentation, process measures, dashboards, reviews and improvement opportunity identification. Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams. Deliver relevant Quality and business improvement training programs across the business. Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.
