If interested, please share resume at **pooja.debnath@jana.bank.in** with mail subject line as -"BCSDM\\_ Preferred location" - **Transaction Handling:** Performing daily cash and non-cash banking transactions with speed and accuracy. - **Customer Service:** Providing general banking information, resolving customer queries promptly, and ensuring a positive, professional experience to foster loyalty. and Manage the Branch Audit. - **Operational Support:** Assisting with branch operations, which may include tasks related to gold loan processing, disbursement processes, and verifying loan reports. - **Sales & Cross-selling:** Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell other banking products and services. - **Compliance & Accuracy:** Maintaining high standards of accuracy in all processes and ensuring compliance with banking procedures. Assisted the Branch officials in resolving the audit related issues and compliance accountable for the effective functioning of the Branch and field staff under it.
