**Key Responsibilities** - **Branch Performance & Growth:** **Develop and execute plans to achieve financial targets, including revenue generation, customer acquisition, and cross-selling.** - **Operations & Compliance:** **Oversee daily operations, including cash management, treasury, and ATM operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.** - **Customer Relationship Management:** **Manage relationships with key, high-net-worth customers to deepen relationships and ensure customer retention.** - **Team Leadership:** **Lead, train, and mentor branch staff (Tellers, Sales Officers) to ensure optimal performance, service quality, and adherence to policies.** - **Audit & Risk:** **Handle internal and external audits, ensuring all audit queries are closed promptly and that the branch maintains high operational standards.** **Location - Nagpur** **pls share cv at manali.brahamaniyan@axis.bank.in** **Regards,** **Manali**
