Key Responsibilities • Branch Performance & Growth: Develop and execute plans to achieve financial targets, including revenue generation, customer acquisition, and cross-selling. • Operations & Compliance: Oversee daily operations, including cash management, treasury, and ATM operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. • Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key, high-net-worth customers to deepen relationships and ensure customer retention. • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor branch staff (Tellers, Sales Officers) to ensure optimal performance, service quality, and adherence to policies. • Audit & Risk: Handle internal and external audits, ensuring all audit queries are closed promptly and that the branch maintains high operational standards.
