Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets. • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques. • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and relationship-building with clients. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements : • 5-15 years of experience in banking or financial services industry as Branch Manager or similar role. • Proven track record in managing teams to achieve high levels of performance and exceed targets. • Strong understanding of health insurance products and services offered by various providers in India. • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
