Role – This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning & management of resources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective sales strategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors or Agency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concerned and the building of relationships with them. **Profile** - At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role , preferably in the life insurance sector - Experience in Agency sales and experience of building and managing a team of advisors is a plus - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections. - In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends - Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets **Must Criteria** - Candidates should be Graduate - Male / Female can be Hired - Age Limit: Minimum 28 years - Team Management Role is must criteria. **Must Not Criteria** - Frequent Job changes - Freshers - Age should not be more than 35 years. **CTC** CTC Can be up to 13.5L + Opportunity to earn incentives >100% CTC **Profiles for Hiring** - Competition Branch heads - Branch Managers of Banks - BFSI and NBFC Sales Managers preferably leading a team. First Priority is from the above given profiles, however 20-30% of population can be hired from the alternate profiles. - Alternate profile could be from Retail, FMCG, Pharma and Telecom sectors in team management capacity. **Key Result Areas** - Achieve Goal sheet stipulated parameters.
