Roles and Responsibilities • Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. • Oversee a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and grow business through Home Loans, LAP Loans, Housing Loan, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, and other financial products. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of service quality. • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and market share in the assigned territory. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
