Its offerings span gold loans, business loans, personal loans, and digital financial solutions designed for contemporary financial requirements. **Role Description** The Branch Manager role at IIFL Finance is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high standards of customer service across all products, including gold loans, business loans, and personal loans. Responsibilities include achieving branch sales and revenue targets, managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring performance, and implementing local marketing initiatives. The role involves building strong customer relationships, addressing service issues promptly, and coordinating with regional and corporate teams for process improvements and reporting. The Branch Manager will also ensure effective cash management, risk control, and adherence to regulatory and internal audit requirements. **Qualifications** - Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in retail or MSME lending and achieving branch-level targets. - Solid branch operations management capabilities, including risk management, compliance, and basic understanding of financial products such as gold and business loans. - Proven team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and escalations effectively. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and using basic digital tools and financial systems. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is an advantage. - Prior experience as a branch manager or in a supervisory role within banking or NBFCs is highly preferred. - Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, with flexibility to meet business requirements and familiarity with the local market.
