Branch Operations Manager

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. • Verify KYC, loan documentation, and support timely loan disbursements. • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements. • Handle customer queries and provide prompt issue resolution. • Monitor branch records, operational MIS, and reporting. • Supervise branch operations staff and ensure adherence to operational SLAs. • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, and other support teams. • Identify operational risks and implement process controls to minimize errors. • Ensure high standards of operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer service Interested candidates may share updated resume at max.dsouza@piramal.com.
