Branch Operations Manager

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. - Verify KYC, loan documentation, and support timely loan disbursements. - Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and audit requirements. - Handle customer queries and provide prompt issue resolution. - Monitor branch records, operational MIS, and reporting. - Supervise branch operations staff and ensure adherence to operational SLAs. - Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Collections, and other support teams. - Identify operational risks and implement process controls to minimize errors. - Ensure high standards of operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer service Interested candidates may share updated resume at max.dsouza@piramal.com.
