About The Role Noise is looking for a Brand & Social Media Designer to join our team and help elevate our branded assets and content. This is a hands-on design role where you'll create engaging, on-brand visuals across social media, web, email, and digital ads, while leveraging AI-powered tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow. What You'll Do • Design engaging, brand-consistent creatives tailored for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, email marketing, and digital ads. • Maintain and evolve visual identity guidelines across all digital campaigns and marketing initiatives. • Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to translate social media trends and campaign strategies into impactful designs. • Develop illustrations, icons, layout templates, and other visual assets for daily content production. • Use AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Generative Fill) to brainstorm concepts, generate mockups, and accelerate production workflows. What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Digital Content Creator. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. • Solid understanding of social media platforms, including formats, dimensions, and optimal layouts for mobile viewing. • Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling. • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to use them to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality. • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media design work. • A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for internet culture and modern design trends. • Bonus: basic motion graphics/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) and experience building visual style guides or branding packages from scratch.
