**Job Title** Entity Core Solutions – Business Analyst Department ITTF Finance & Risk Solutions **About Business Line/Function** Under BNP Paribas IT Group, FRS is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. The FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRS is part of the IT Group organization with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK. Position Purpose The Business Analyst will be part of the Entity Core Solutions team developing, evolving and supporting the new ledger for the group, contributing to development & implementation of features and establishing standards and processes. **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities - Elicit & Document Business Requirements with workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders. - Perform Gap & Impact Analyses. Compare “as‑is” capability with the desired future state. Assess downstream impacts on reporting, integrations and data migration. - Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and detailed acceptance criteria - Engage with Developers to create IT solutions - Lead Functional & User‑Acceptance Testing. Develop test cases, execute testing cycles, log defects, and confirm resolution before release. Coordinate with users for their testing and issue resolution. - Oversee Data‑Quality & Migration Activities - Change Management & Training. Create job‑aids, conduct user‑training sessions and capture post‑implementation feedback for refinements. - Stakeholder Communication & Reporting. Produce status dashboards, risk logs, and executive summaries. Keep business owners informed of release schedules and changes. Contributing Responsibilities - Prioritize backlog items based on impact, value, and risk. Decompose epics into user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria. - Plan, organize and coordinate work and action items with different teams in project & BAU mode. - Knowledge Sharing & Documentation Maintenance. Keep the product wiki, process libraries, and checklists up to date; contribute to best practices. **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** Technical Competencies i. Analytical mindset able to understand, synthesize, document and communicate requirements ii. Create BRDs, FSRs, flow charts, root cause analysis and other diagnostic documentations iii. Understanding of overall IT architecture, processes and technologies iv. Understanding of data flows and its lifecycle from source to destination v.
