***Business Analyst - Business Process Management***. ***Mandatory:*** **SAP S4 HANA,PowerBi, Excel Microsoft Suite, Procure to pay, Supply chain model.** **Python, SQL** **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Data Management** Maintain and update databases and data systems ensuring accuracy and integrity including, but not limited to: pricing, commercial conditions, lead times, etc. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and gaps to monitor compliance and drive compliant behaviors **DatAnalytics, Reporting \& Governance** Extract, analyze and prepare data reports and presentations to support governance activities and targeted analytics within the supply chain organization and with other departments as required. Maintain and refresh supply chain relevant tools with latest data in accordance with prescribed frequency Support the supply chain organization with cross-functional projects and initiatives. **Process Improvement** Design, maintain and implement cross-value-stream supply chain processes Develop and maintain templates, boilerplates, playbooks and knowledge management tools. **Systems \& Tools Management** Microsoft Suite (Outlook,**Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI)** **Maintain and optimize supply chain relevant tools, including SAP S4 HANA (Procure-to-pay module), Supplier portal and internal reporting tools.** Develop automated reports and scripts with defined steps and methodology, allowing frequent and streamlined updates. Troubleshoot system issues, perform testing, and coordinate execution **QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:** Bachelor's degree in **Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Technologies or a related field** **Minimum 1 year of experience in analytics, business analysis, procurement, and/or supply chain management** **Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (P2P) and data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Visio)** **Excellent data analytical skills, ability to collect, organize and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy** **Ability to translate and present data in a meaningful way to drive actions** **Proficiency in general programming is an asset, emphasis on Python and SQL, and tools such as GIT, Azure, Knime,** Past experience in process mapping and process improvement Ability to work independently as needed Ability to communicate in English language, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills Project management skills are an asset
