Direction of MGS’s development is paved by its three key pillars, which are Mutual Respect, Discipline and Transparency, which are set as the baseline of every process and operation carried out at MGS. **What’s in it for you?** o Immense exposure and learning o Excellent career growth o Company of highly passionate leaders and mentors o Ability to build things from scratch **Know more about MGS:** - https://www.mizuhogroup.com/asia-pacific/mizuho-global-services **Job Description - Business Analyst – CASA Operations support** | Core Banking Implementation (FLEXCUBE/ CASA) **Open Position** : - **Associate (Senior Officer) (** Total experience **:** 7+ years of experience in the banking domain and Business analysis.) **Role Summary** To provide business analysis and operational support for CASA processes within the core banking implementation, including process documentation, end-user testing, and support during migration and go-live activities. **Key Responsibilities** - Support CASA middle and back-office operations analysis and process design. - Gather and analyze business requirements and process gaps. - Support UAT & User testing, including scenario preparation and defect follow-up. - Coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams for issue resolution and readiness activities. - Support migration, rollout, and post-go-live stabilization. **Required Experience** - 8–12 years of relevant experience in banking operations or business analysis. - Strong experience in CASA operations support. - End-user testing/UAT experience is required. **Required Skills** - CASA process knowledge - Business requirement analysis and documentation - UAT support and issue tracking - Good communication and stakeholder coordination - Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, and Confluence **Preferred Skills** - FLEXCUBE exposure - Experience in core banking implementation or migration projects **Address** 16th Floor, Tower-B Brigade, World Trade centre, 142, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, OMR, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096
