**Role & responsibilities** **Assistant Program Manager, CEO's Office** **About the Role** We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented person to join our CEO's Office Team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has the confidence to challenge the status quo through data-backed insights. As a strategic partner, you will work across all business functions like Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Business Development, HR, etc. to identify performance gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive high-impact business initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic planning & business performance reviews - Conduct root cause analysis for business challenges and recommend actionable solutions. - Review departmental KPIs, question variances, and identify performance gaps against targets. - Engage with department leaders to understand business processes, validate assumptions, and challenge decisions using objective data - Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights to support strategic decisions - Build financial and operational models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and process improvements - Prepare presentations, business reviews, and board-ready materials for leadership meetings - Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across teams **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus - 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar analytical role - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Familiarity with data visualization, forecasting, and business planning - Strong understanding of business metrics, KPI frameworks, and financial analysis. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and evidence-based recommendations **Preferred candidate profile**
