Role & responsibilities Assistant Program Manager, CEO's Office About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented person to join our CEO's Office Team. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has the confidence to challenge the status quo through data-backed insights. As a strategic partner, you will work across all business functions like Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Business Development, HR, etc. to identify performance gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and drive high-impact business initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic planning & business performance reviews • Conduct root cause analysis for business challenges and recommend actionable solutions. • Review departmental KPIs, question variances, and identify performance gaps against targets. • Engage with department leaders to understand business processes, validate assumptions, and challenge decisions using objective data • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights to support strategic decisions • Build financial and operational models to evaluate business initiatives, investments, and process improvements • Prepare presentations, business reviews, and board-ready materials for leadership meetings • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across teams Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. MBA is a plus • 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar analytical role • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Familiarity with data visualization, forecasting, and business planning • Strong understanding of business metrics, KPI frameworks, and financial analysis. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders through structured thinking and evidence-based recommendations Preferred candidate profile
