Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who excels at working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable Jira user stories. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that product and development teams clearly understand requirements and can deliver high-quality solutions effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals. • Analyze and document detailed business and functional requirements. • Translate requirements into clear, concise, and testable Jira user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria. • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. • Conduct backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings. • Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines. • Provide clarification and support to developers during the development lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risks or issues related to requirements or delivery. • Experience in Ecommerce Background is mandatory. • Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring that developed features meet business expectations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Strong experience with Jira for user story creation, backlog management, and workflow tracking. • Proven ability to elicit requirements and convert them into well-structured documentation and user stories. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Experience coordinating with cross-functional development teams.
