Mandatory: Hands-on Snowflake Strong SQL (CTEs, Joins, Window Functions, Query Optimization) ETL/ELT & Data Engineering experience Data Modelling & Data Validation Power BI dashboard development Enterprise project experience Preferred: DBT, Airflow, ADF, Databricks ServiceNow / ITSM exposure AWS/Azure experience Avoid submitting: Power BI Admin/Reporting-only profiles Data Analysts/Product Analysts Business Analysts ServiceNow-focused profiles Candidates with only tool exposure and no Snowflake project ownership Key HM Focus: Snowflake, SQL, Data Validation, Data Engineering, and handling data from multiple source systems. Power BI is secondary. Technical SQL and Snowflake assessment expected.
