Job Title-Business Analyst – Fixed Income Experience-5 to 12 yrs Location- Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Bangalore Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Capital Markets and Fixed Income products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives. Experience with any Fixed Income product is acceptable. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes and system capabilities. Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollout activities. Analyze trade lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions. Ensure requirements are clearly documented and traceable through delivery. Assist with issue resolution, change management, and post-implementation support. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Banking. Experience working with Fixed Income products (any Fixed Income product experience is acceptable). Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation. Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows. Understanding of trade lifecycle and capital markets business processes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
