Job Title: Lead BA - Payment Experience: 14–15 Years Location: Kalina, Mumbai Role Summary: - We are looking for a visionary and seasoned Lead Payment Manager to own the strategic roadmap, scale, and compliance of our UPI payment ecosystem. - This role will drive ecosystem-level partnerships with NPCI, the RBI, and tier-1 sponsor banks. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for UPI products, including Core UPI, UPI Lite, Autopay, Credit Line on UPI, and international expansions. - Collaborate closely with tech, risk, legal, and banking partners to drive timely feature delivery and cost optimization. - Prepare comprehensive business requirement documentation, and risk mitigation frameworks. - Track system health, fraud metrics, and post-launch adoption to drive continuous system upgrades and dispute-resolution mechanics. - Benchmark with global fintech trends to deliver a first-of-its-kind, market-leading digital payment experience. Key Requirements: - 14–15 years of experience in BFSI or Fintech as a Product/Operations Leader, with prior experience in the UPI ecosystem. - Strong understanding of IMPS, PSP models, TPAP frameworks, switch infrastructure, and clearing/settlement cycles. - Proven experience in managing high-volume payment infrastructure and leading cross-functional engineering and product delivery teams. - Hands-on experience in launching a UPI payment solution tailored for a D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) model. Detail-oriented with strong regulatory acumen, analytical skills, and commercial negotiation capabilities
