Job description

Key Responsibilities Sales • Source new customers through field sourcing, referrals, and market activities. • Achieve monthly disbursement and business targets. • Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessment. • Maintain relationships with dealers, channel partners, and local influencers. • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. • Promote company products and services in assigned territories. Collections • Ensure timely collection of EMIs from customers. • Follow up with overdue customers and reduce delinquency levels. • Conduct field visits for collection and recovery activities. • Maintain collection efficiency as per organizational benchmarks. • Identify potential default risks and escalate accordingly. • Ensure compliance with collection processes and regulatory guidelines.
