**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through effective agent recruitment, training, and performance management. - Build strong relationships with agents to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for life insurance products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. - Analyze sales data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and increase revenue growth. **Job Requirements :** - 3-8 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (preferably in life insurance). - Proven track record of success in agency channel sales or similar roles. - Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
