Roles and Responsibilities : • Develop and execute strategies to grow agency channel sales through effective agent recruitment, training, and performance management. • Build strong relationships with agents to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for life insurance products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion. • Analyze sales data to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and increase revenue growth. Job Requirements : • 3-8 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field (preferably in life insurance). • Proven track record of success in agency channel sales or similar roles. • Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
