Role : Business Finance Manager Location: Bangalore, Murgeshpalya , Old Airport Road (Hybrid) Employment Type: Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Finance professional to partner with business leaders in driving financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business finance. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business units to support financial and strategic decision-making aligned with organizational goals. • Drive annual budgeting, financial planning, and strategic planning activities. • Prepare and manage rolling 12-month revenue forecasts in collaboration with Delivery and Client Partner teams. • Prepare and analyze margin forecasts to support business profitability. • Conduct detailed P&L variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to leadership. • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement during planning and review cycles. • Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP modules for finance automation and process improvements. • Benchmark key financial metrics against budgets and business targets. • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for business reviews. • Partner with Delivery Unit (DU) Heads and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support informed business decisions. • Ensure timely completion of financial reports, analyses, and deliverables. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Business Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analysis. • Hands-on experience in P&L management, variance analysis, and profitability reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders. • Experience working with ERP systems and finance automation initiatives is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Eligibility Criteria • CA / CMA (CWA) / MBA (Finance) / B.Com • 57 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance. • Experience supporting business operations within IT, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services organizations will be an added advantage.
