***Role : Business Finance Manager*** **Location:** Bangalore, Murgeshpalya , Old Airport Road (Hybrid) **Employment Type:** Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and analytical **Business Finance professional** to partner with business leaders in driving financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and business finance. Key Responsibilities - Partner with business units to support financial and strategic decision-making aligned with organizational goals. - Drive annual budgeting, financial planning, and strategic planning activities. - Prepare and manage rolling 12-month revenue forecasts in collaboration with Delivery and Client Partner teams. - Prepare and analyze margin forecasts to support business profitability. - Conduct detailed P&L variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to leadership. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement during planning and review cycles. - Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP modules for finance automation and process improvements. - Benchmark key financial metrics against budgets and business targets. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations for business reviews. - Partner with Delivery Unit (DU) Heads and senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support informed business decisions. - Ensure timely completion of financial reports, analyses, and deliverables. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Business Finance, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analysis. - Hands-on experience in P&L management, variance analysis, and profitability reporting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders. - Experience working with ERP systems and finance automation initiatives is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Eligibility Criteria - CA / CMA (CWA) / MBA (Finance) / B.Com - 57 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance. - Experience supporting business operations within IT, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services organizations will be an added advantage.
