Business Intelligence Professional (Power BI Expert) Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Data Analyst (Power BI Expert) to drive analytics and reporting initiatives within Supply Chain & Logistics. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between business and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions while continuously enhancing the organization's reporting landscape. Key Responsibilities & Requirements • Advanced expertise in Power BI with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in analytics, dashboard development, and reporting. • Act as a bridge between IT and Supply Chain/Logistics stakeholders, understanding business requirements and delivering actionable insights. • Strong experience in DAX, data modeling, Semantic Models, Direct Lake, and report performance optimization. • Good understanding of data relationships (1:1, 1:N) and best practices in data modeling. • Experience with RLS (Row-Level Security), OLS (Object-Level Security), and role-based access management. • Hands-on experience with Power Automate and reporting/process automation solutions. • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes, KPIs, and operational analytics. • Experience or exposure to Snowflake, Tableau, Celonis, or similar analytics platforms is highly appreciated. • Drive improvements in the overall reporting landscape, including dashboard usability, visualization standards, governance, and user experience. • Strong understanding of data quality, reporting standards, and business insight generation. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical functions. • Self-driven professional with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate data enthusiast with a continuous learning mindset and eagerness to adopt new technologies and best practices. Preferred Qualifications • PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certification preferred. • IT/CS Engineer working in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related domains. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. • Exposure to modern analytics architectures, cloud-based reporting solutions, and enterprise data platforms.
