SeniorSoftwareEngineer(C#WPF.NET) Company: LG Soft India Position: Senior Software Engineer Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore KeyResponsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions. • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain desktop applications using C#, WPF, .NET, and Windows-based technologies. • Participate in software architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical decision-making. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues, ensuring optimal application performance and reliability. • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. • Ensure product quality through unit testing, code reviews, and developer testing activities. • Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, UX, and cross-functional development teams to deliver robust solutions. • Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to team learning and technical knowledge sharing. • Support product releases, production deployments, and post-release maintenance activities. RequiredSkillsandQualifications • 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and WPF. • Strong knowledge of .NET Framework/.NET, MVVM architecture, and desktop application development. • Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, software architecture, and clean coding practices. • Experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, memory management, and performance optimization. • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving skills using Visual Studio and related development tools. • Good understanding of Windows operating systems, application lifecycle management, and desktop application performance tuning. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline. PreferredSkills • Experience with WinUI, UWP, or modern Windows application development frameworks. • Experience developing hardware-integrated applications involving USB, Display, Bluetooth, Serial Communication, or Network Communication. • Working knowledge of C++ and interoperability between C++ and C# applications. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar coding assistants. • Knowledge of accessibility, localization, and internationalization best practices. • Experience leading technical modules, driving design discussions, and mentoring software development teams.
