Responsibilities • Understanding and staying informed of the changes with procedures and SMF (reference data) guidelines • Good knowledge of Derivative products and its lifecycle • The internal clients are typically in remote locations, so telephone and e-mail skills are essential • Participating in regular operations governance and ensure accurate and timely Management Information mechanism • Tracking BAU SLAs, Team Risk Management and audit requirements • Managing Clients Escalations (Internal and External) • Spearhead transformation and productivity initiatives in the domain with focus to add value to the customer • Monitor workflow and plan resources in line with the operations requirement • Working experience of Bloomberg and Thompson Reuters Requirements • Over 8-10 years prior experience in Ref Data • Strong verbal & written communication skills • The internal clients are typically in remote locations, so telephone & e-mail skills are essential • Experience in managing international Clients • Knowledge of Golden Source application • Experience in providing process improvement ideas • Experience is capital Market and Security setup Disclaimer: This job posting and Location has been aggregated from external source.
