CASA Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of current accounts, saving accounts, and credit card sales to achieve monthly targets. • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth. • Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain their loyalty and cross-sell insurance products. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the BFSI sales landscape. Job Requirements : • 1-4 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related fields such as insurance sales or BFSI sales. • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations. • Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
