**Skill: Cash management / Custody BA** **Experience: 5 - 12 years** **Location: Pune** **Mode: Hybrid** **Job Description-** **Principal Responsibilities** - Prepare business cases for new developments and products - Works in collaboration with global stakeholders Product Operation and Information Technology teams to define business requirements for supporting new products and services - Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits - Facilitate stakeholders through decisions consulting them influencing them and by resolving conflicts and disagreement etc - Appeal to customers viewpoint to understand and deliver the most beneficial solutions - Propose IT solution according to the business requirements - Manage the project processes initiating planning executing monitoring controlling closing and to apply project management tools and techniques while carrying out the project activities - Complete other responsibilities as assigned - Help to perform businessIntegration testing **Requirements** - Solid experience SWIFTMX messages - Solid experience in Cash Management or Custody - Stakeholder management and engagement projects teams business teams IT teams
